The Department of Transportation shall create an Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Development Plan for West Virginia that describes how our state intends to use its share of NEVI Formula Program funds. The plan shall take a wholistic approach, considering the future charging infrastructure needs of school systems, public transportation, counties and municipalities, and other public and private users. The Department shall shaere this plan and report with the interim Joint Committee of Government and Finance by July 1, 2022.
