Signs along interstate highways

The state road commissioner shall agree in behalf of this state to permit the erection of signs
within the rights-of-way of the interstate highway system, as authorized by subsection (f) of
section 131, Title 23, United States code, to the full extent authorized or agreed to by the
secretary of transportation.
