Government units subject to established rates

The municipality and any county government, state government and federal government
served by the services of the works shall be subject to the same fees, charges and rates
established as provided in this article, or to fees, charges and rates established in harmony
therewith, for service rendered the municipality, county, state or federal government and
shall pay such rates, fees or charges when due from corporate funds and thee same shall be
considered to be a part of the revenues of the works as herein defined, and be applied as
herein provided for the application of the revenues. However, no rates,r fees or charges for
stormwater services may be assessed against highways, road and drainage easements,
and/or stormwater facilities constructed, owned and/or operated by the West Virginia
Division of Highways.
