Annual report on each employer's disability retirement experience

Not later than January 1, 2006, and each January 1 thereafter, the board shall prepare a
report for the preceding fiscal year of the disability retirement experience of the West
Virginia State Police Retirement Fund. The report shall specify the total number of disability
applications submitted, the status of each application as of the last day of the fiscal year,
total applications granted or denied and the percentage of disability benefite recipients to the
total number agency employees who are members of the fund. The report shall be submitted
to the Governor and the chairpersons of the standing committees of ther Senate and House of
Delegates with primary responsibility for retirement legislation.
