§ 5922. Appropriate public authorities [Contingently repealed; effective until contingency met] The “appropriate public authorities” as used in Article II of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children shall, with reference to this State, mean the Department for Children and Families, and the Department shall receive and act with reference to notices required by Article III.
