§ 5921. Financial responsibility [Contingently repealed; effective until contingency met]
Financial responsibility for any child placed pursuant to the provisions of the Interstate
Compact on the Placement of Children shall be determined in accordance with the provisions
of Article V. However, in the event of partial or complete default of performance
thereunder, the provisions of this title and Title 15 also may be invoked. (Added 1971, No. 219 (Adj. Sess.), § 6, eff. April 5, 1972.)

Financial responsibility for any child placed pursuant to the provisions of the Interstate
