§ 904. Administrative provisions (a) In order to carry out the purposes and responsibilities of this chapter, the Department of Health may contract for the provision of specific services. (b) The Secretary of Human Services, upon the recommendation of the Commissioner of Health, may adopt rules to carry out the purposes and responsibilities of this chapter.
