§ 903. Authorization for provision of emergency medical services Notwithstanding any other provision of law, including provisions of 26 V.S.A. chapter 23, persons who are affiliated with an affiliated agency and licensed to provide emergency medical treatment pursuant to the requirements of this chapter and the rules adopted under it are hereby authorized to provide such care without further certification, registration, or licensing.
