§ 3135. Death of trustee—Attachment not discharged; liability of representative When a person summoned as trustee in his or her own right dies before the judgment recovered by the plaintiff is satisfied, the goods, effects, and credits in his or her hands at the time of the attachment shall remain bound thereby, and his or her executor or administrator shall be liable therefor, as if the process had been originally served on him or her.
