(1) Before November 1 of each year, the commission shall report to the Judiciary Interim Committee on the following matters from the previous fiscal year: (a) the number of complaints received; (b) the number of complaints resolved; (c) a brief description of each of the commission's informal resolutions; (d) a brief description of each final order issued by the Supreme Court under Subsection 78A-11-105(1); and (e) the publication of an annual report of commission activities. (2) The commission may not include any personal identifying information regarding a judge in a report described in Subsection (1), except for information that is available in a final order issued by the Supreme Court under Subsection 78A-11-105(1).
