Science of reading curriculum

(1) Each LEA shall adopt science of reading curriculum and intervention programs as advised by
the science of reading panel described in Section 53E-3-1003 and in accordance with this part.

(2) An LEA may not include a three-cueing model in any curriculum or pedagogical practice
except in relation to an individual student for whom an IEP or Section 504 accommodation
plan explicitly indicates that the three-cueing approach is appropriate for the student's learning
needs.
