Mental health crisis response training

(1) The division shall award grants to communities to conduct mental health crisis response
training.
(2) For the application and award of the grants described in Subsection (1), the division shall
make rules, in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, that
determine:
(a) the requirements and process for a community to apply for a grant; and
(b) the substantive mental health crisis response programs that qualify for the award of a grant.
