Suicide Prevention Education Program -- Definitions -- Grant requirements

(1) As used in this section, "bureau" means the Bureau of Criminal Identification created in Section
53-10-201 within the Department of Public Safety.
(2) There is created a Suicide Prevention Education Program to fund suicide prevention education
opportunities for federally licensed firearms dealers who operate a retail establishment open to
the public and the dealers' employees.
(3) The division, in conjunction with the bureau, shall provide a grant to an employer described in
Subsection (2) in accordance with the criteria provided in Subsection 26B-5-611(7)(b).
(4) An employer may apply for a grant of up to $2,500 under the program.
