(1) A person 12 years old or older shall purchase a fishing license before engaging in a regulated fishing activity. (2) Upon paying the fee prescribed by the Wildlife Board, a person may obtain a license to fish and engage in a regulated fishing activity in accordance with the rules, proclamations, and orders of the Wildlife Board. (3) A person under 12 years old may fish without a license in accordance with the rules, proclamations, and orders of the Wildlife Board. Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 103, 2023 General Session
