(1) A person may obtain a license provided for in the following sections from the division or one of the division's authorized wildlife license agents: (a) Section 23A-4-401; (b) Section 23A-4-601; (c) Sections 23A-4-703 through 23A-4-707; and (d) Section 23A-4-901. (2) A person may obtain a license provided for in Section 23A-4-305, 23A-4-402, or 23A-4-802 only from the division. Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 103, 2023 General Session
