(1) When land, the title to which is in dispute before any court, is divided by a county line, the court making an order of survey may direct the order to the county surveyor of any county in which any part of the land is situated. (2) The court order shall provide for reasonable compensation for county surveyor services ordered under Subsection (1). Renumbered and Amended by Chapter 13, 2025 Special Session 1
