Sec. 885.056. ASSEMBLY MEETINGS; DIRECTORS. (a) An assembly that is the supreme governing body of a fraternal benefit society shall: (1) meet at least once every four years; and (2) elect a board of directors to conduct the business of the society between meetings of the assembly. (b) A vacancy on the board of directors that occurs between elections may be filled in the manner prescribed by the fraternal benefit society's laws.
