Sec. 81.087. VIOLATION OF CONTROL MEASURE ORDERS; CRIMINAL PENALTY. (a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly refuses to perform or allow the performance of certain control measures ordered by a health authority or the department under Sections 81.083-81.086. (b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.
