Sec. 801.503. ASSESSMENT OF CIVIL PENALTY AGAINST PERSON NOT LICENSED. (a) A person not licensed under this chapter, including a corporation, organization, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, or other legal entity, who violates this chapter or a rule adopted by the board under this chapter is subject to a civil penalty of $1,000 for each day of violation. (b) At the request of the board, the attorney general shall bring an action to recover a civil penalty authorized by this section.
