Sec. 77.071. REGULATIONS IN CONTIGUOUS ZONE. (a) Repealed by Acts 1987, 70th Leg., ch. 217, Sec. 2, eff. Sept. 1, 1987. (b) The department may negotiate reciprocal agreements with another state with respect to the application of one state's shrimping regulations in its contiguous zone to citizens of the other state.
