Sec. 77.063. GENERAL LIMITATION ON NETS. (a) Repealed by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1256, Sec. 130, eff. Sept. 1, 1997. (b) When restrictions are imposed on either or both the size and number of main trawls, no person may use a try net in outside water exceeding 21 feet in width as measured along an uninterrupted corkline from leading tip of door to leading tip of door and having doors or boards that exceed 450 square inches each or a beam trawl exceeding 10 feet in width as measured along the beam of a beam trawl in its fully extended position. (c) This section does not apply to the taking of sea bobs.
