Sec. 77.046. EXEMPTIONS FROM BAIT-SHRIMP DEALER'S LICENSE. A bait-shrimp dealer's license is not required for: (1) grocery stores in coastal counties which do not unload or purchase shrimp directly from commercial bait-shrimp boats; (2) bait dealers in coastal counties who do not sell or offer for sale or handle shrimp for sale or resale for bait purposes, but these dealers must have a bait-dealer's license issued under Section 47.014 of this code.
