Sec. 77.045. RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF BAIT-SHRIMP DEALER. (a) The holder of a bait-shrimp dealer's license may sell, purchase, and handle shrimp, minnows, fish, and other forms of aquatic life for sale or resale for fish bait purposes in the coastal counties of this state. (b) The holder of a bait-shrimp dealer's license is not required to obtain a bait dealer's license issued under Section 47.014 of this code unless he engages in the business in a county other than a coastal county. (c) Repealed by Acts 1981, 67th Leg., p. 2693, ch. 730, Sec. 2, eff. Aug. 31, 1981.
