Sec. 68.207. CONTRACTS FOR SECURITY PROJECTS OR SERVICES. (a) A district may contract with any person to plan, establish, develop, construct, renovate, maintain, repair, replace, or operate a security project or to provide a security service. (b) A district may lease to any person a security project or any part of a security project. (c) A district may contract with any person for the use or operation of a security project or any part of a security project.
