Sec. 63.164. HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS. (a) The commission shall hear evidence at the hearing, and any district taxpayer or interested person may present evidence. (b) The commission may adjourn the hearing from day to day for a reasonable time so that all taxpayers and interested persons may be heard.
