Sec. 63.163. NOTICE OF HEARING. (a) After the commission's order is entered in the minutes, the commission shall publish notice once a week for three consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in the district. If no newspaper is published in the district, the notice shall be published in the newspaper published nearest to the district. (b) The notice shall include a copy of the commission's order and shall designate a time and place for a hearing.
