Sec. 597.054. PROCEDURES. (a) Each ICF-IID shall develop procedures for the surrogate consent committees in accordance with the rules adopted under Section 597.002 . (b) A committee is not subject to Chapter 2001 , Government Code, Chapter 551 , Government Code, or Chapter 552 , Government Code.
