Sec. 573.0001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Emergency medical services personnel" and "emergency medical services provider" have the meanings assigned by Section 773.003 . (2) "Law enforcement agency" has the meaning assigned by Article 59.01 , Code of Criminal Procedure.
