Sec. 534.0155. FOR WHOM SERVICES MAY BE PROVIDED. (a) This subtitle does not prevent a community center from providing services to: (1) a person with a chemical dependency; (2) a person with a developmental disability; or (3) a person younger than four years of age who is eligible for early childhood intervention services. (b) A community center may provide those services by contracting with a public or private agency in addition to the appropriate department.
