Sec. 534.015. PROVISION OF SERVICES. (a) The board of trustees may adopt rules to regulate the administration of mental health or intellectual disability services by a community center. The rules must be consistent with the purposes, policies, principles, and standards prescribed by this subtitle. (b) The board of trustees may contract with a local agency or a qualified person or organization to provide a portion of the mental health or intellectual disability services. (c) With the approval of each appropriate commissioner, the board of trustees may contract with the governing body of another county or municipality to provide mental health and intellectual disability services to residents of that county or municipality. (d) A community center may provide services to a person who voluntarily seeks assistance or who has been committed to that center.
