Sec. 507.401. INJUNCTION. (a) In addition to any other action authorized by law, the executive council may institute an action to enjoin a violation of this chapter, a law regulating the applicable profession, or an executive council rule. (b) An action filed under this section must be filed in Travis County, the county of the defendant's residence, or the county in which any part of the violation occurred. (c) The attorney general or the appropriate county or district attorney shall represent the executive council in an action under this section.
