Sec. 507.304. SCHEDULE OF SANCTIONS. (a) The executive council by rule shall adopt a broad schedule of sanctions. (b) The State Office of Administrative Hearings shall use the schedule for any sanction imposed under this subchapter as the result of a hearing conducted by that office.
