Sec. 507.303. HEARING; ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE. (a) A license holder is entitled to a hearing before the State Office of Administrative Hearings before a sanction is imposed under this subchapter. (b) A proceeding under this subchapter is governed by Chapter 2001 , Government Code.
