Sec. 431.152. EXECUTION AND VERIFICATION OF RESTATEMENT OF ARTICLES. (a) Originals of the restated articles of incorporation shall be executed by: (1) the president or vice-president of the corporation; and (2) the secretary or assistant secretary of the corporation. (b) One of the officers signing the restated articles shall verify each of the restated articles.
