Sec. 43.0764. FIELD TRIAL PERMIT; FEE; VALIDITY. (a) No person, club, or organization may hold a field trial unless that person, club, or organization has in its immediate possession a valid field trial permit issued by the department. (b) The fee for a field trial permit is $50 or an amount set by the commission, whichever amount is more. (c) A field trial permit shall be issued in the name of an individual. (d) A field trial permit is valid for a period of nine consecutive days. (e) A field trial permit is not valid for a tract of land or premises that is not licensed as a private bird hunting area.
