Sec. 43.0763. APPLICATION FOR FIELD TRIAL PERMIT. (a) Any person, including a licensee, may apply to the department for a field trial permit. (b) The application must be on a form prescribed by the department and must contain the following information: (1) name and address of the applicant; (2) name, address, and identification number of the licensee for the private bird hunting area at which the field trial is to be held; (3) the species of birds to be used in the field trial; and (4) the name of the association or organization of bird dog clubs licensing or sanctioning the field trial. (c) Repealed by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 171, Sec. 2, eff. Sept. 1, 1991.
