Sec. 361.160. LICENSE AMENDMENT. (a) A county may, for good cause, after hearing with notice to the license holder and to the commission, amend a license it issues for reasons concerning: (1) public health; (2) air or water pollution; (3) land use; or (4) a violation of this chapter or of other applicable laws or rules controlling the processing, storage, or disposal of solid waste. (b) For similar reasons, the commission may for good cause amend a license issued by a county, after hearing with notice to: (1) the license holder; and (2) the county that issued the license.
