Sec. 361.159. LICENSE ISSUANCE; AMENDMENT, EXTENSION, AND RENEWAL. (a) A county may amend, extend, or renew a license it issues in accordance with county rules. (b) The procedures prescribed by Section 361.155 apply to an application to amend, extend, or renew a license. (c) A license for the use of a facility to process, store, or dispose of solid waste may not be issued, amended, renewed, or extended without the prior approval of the commission.
