Sec. 336.155. AGREEMENTS WITH OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS. (a) A district may contract with a municipality, county, or other political subdivision for the district to provide public library services outside the district. (b) A district may enter into one or more agreements with any municipality included in the area of the district for the acquisition or operation of the municipality's library facilities. (c) A district and a political subdivision may enter into an agreement for any district purpose.
