Sec. 283.025. ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR. (a) If the administrator is absent or unable to perform any of the administrator's duties, the board may designate an assistant administrator to perform any of the administrator's functions or duties, subject to limitations prescribed by board order. (b) The assistant administrator and other employees shall execute a bond as required by board order.
