Sec. 282.048. AUTHORITY TO SUE AND BE SUED; DISTRICT LIABILITY. (a) The board may sue and be sued on behalf of the district. (b) A suit against the district must be brought in the county in which the district is located. (c) The district is not liable for negligence for an act of a district officer, agent, or employee.
