Sec. 281.015. HEARING. (a) At the hearing, the county judge shall examine the petition to determine its sufficiency. The county judge may determine all issues raised regarding the sufficiency of the petition and the creation of the authority and may enter orders incidental to the issues. (b) Any interested person may appear at the hearing, in person or by attorney, and offer testimony regarding the sufficiency of the petition and whether the creation of the authority is desirable or necessary. (c) The county judge may adjourn the hearing from day to day.
