Sec. 24.193. 91ST JUDICIAL DISTRICT (EASTLAND COUNTY). (a) The 91st Judicial District is composed of Eastland County. (b) In addition to other jurisdiction provided by law, each district court in Eastland County has the civil jurisdiction of a county court. The district court has concurrent with the county court the criminal jurisdiction of a county court. (c) The terms of the 91st District Court begin on the first Mondays in February, April, June, August, October, and December. (d) The 91st District Court may not impanel a grand jury except by special order of the judge.
