Sec. 24.192. 90TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (STEPHENS AND YOUNG COUNTIES). (a) The 90th Judicial District is composed of Stephens and Young counties. (b) In addition to other jurisdiction provided by law, each district court in Stephens County has the civil and criminal jurisdiction of a county court. (c) The terms of the 90th District Court begin on the first Mondays in January and July.
