Sec. 24.175. 73RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT (BEXAR COUNTY). (a) The 73rd Judicial District is composed of Bexar County. (b) Section 24.139 , relating to the 37th District Court, contains provisions applicable to both that court and the 73rd District Court. (c) The 73rd District Court shall give preference to civil cases and to cases and proceedings under Title 3, Family Code.
