Sec. 24.174. 72ND JUDICIAL DISTRICT (CROSBY AND LUBBOCK COUNTIES). (a) The 72nd Judicial District is composed of Crosby and Lubbock counties. (b) The terms of the 72nd District Court begin: (1) in Crosby County on the second Mondays in May and November; and (2) in Lubbock County on the second Mondays in February and August. (c) The 72nd, 99th, 137th, and 140th district courts have concurrent jurisdiction in Lubbock County.
