Sec. 22.094. ADVERTISING FOR BIDS. (a) The Texas Forest Service shall advertise for the sale of the timber for two weeks in at least one weekly newspaper published and circulated in Houston County. (b) The advertisement must contain the necessary information pertaining to the timber sale and the time and place for receiving bids. (c) The first advertisement must be at least 10 days before the date of receiving bids.
