Sec. 22.0251. TIMELY DETERMINATION OF OVERPAYMENTS. (a) Subject to the approval of the executive commissioner, the commission shall: (1) determine and record the time taken by the commission to establish an overpayment claim in the supplemental nutrition assistance program or the program of financial assistance under Chapter 31 ; (2) set progressive goals for reducing the time described by Subdivision (1); and (3) adopt a schedule to meet the goals set under Subdivision (2). (b) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 837 , Sec. 2.08(b)(4), eff. September 1, 2015.
