Sec. 144.125. COUNTERBRANDING WITHOUT OWNER'S CONSENT. (a) A person commits an offense if the person violates Section 144.074(c) of this code. (b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $50 for each animal counterbranded.
