Sec. 142.029. ADMINISTRATION OF MEDICATION; CRIMINAL PENALTY. (a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly administers medication to a client of a home and community support services agency and the person is not authorized to administer the medication under Section 142.021 or 142.022 . (b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.
